What people say
Bringing a child
Parents bring babies and toddlers here for a first haircut, and the stylist keeps going calmly through the tears.
Afterwards they clear the loose hair off the child's neck, so the walk home isn't an itchy one.
Patient, unhurried staff
Nobody rushes you out of the chair, even though this is meant to be a quick cut.
Styling it at home
Before you go, the stylist shows you how to keep the shape between cuts, and may work a little wax through it for you.
How close it comes to what you asked for
Plenty of people get exactly the trim they describe, even when they walk in at the last minute.
Several others asked for only the sides to be trimmed and found the top or front cut far shorter, or the stylist kept cutting after they said stop.
