Room Hair Salon
Room is a Japanese salon whose premium head spa runs about two hours. Nobody minds if you'd rather lie there and say nothing.
Come here if
- Your hair has been thinning and you'll commit to a course of sessions
- Past perms or colour have left your hair frizzy and worn out
- It's your first head spa and you'd like someone to go gently
Maybe not if
- You need to be done and out within the hour

What people say
Patient, unhurried staff
At the consultation, the stylist lets you go through every worry about your hair before she suggests anything.
They explain what they are doing
Before the head spa, the therapist puts your scalp under a scanner and chooses the treatment from what it shows.
Afterwards she scans it again so you can compare the two pictures.
What changed after a few visits
On the hair-loss course, hair fall eases over the sessions and baby hairs start to show along the hairline.
Hair that needs fixing
For hair a bad perm left dry and frizzy, the stylist recommends the Cinderella treatment on the menu.
Your hair comes out softer, but not flat or ironed straight.
The small extras
Once you're in the chair, someone brings a drink menu, and the matcha, coffee and teas on it are free.
The head spa ends with a massage over your neck and shoulders.
The room
Head spas happen in a separate area of reclining beds.
The wash chair tips back by itself, which helps if your back is bad.

Approximate prices from the salon's published menu, checked September 2026. Prices vary by stylist, hair length and products, so confirm with the salon before booking. Add-ons and packages are on their price list. $ to $$$ compares this salon's starting prices with other Singapore salons' published menus for the same treatments: $ is the most affordable quarter, $$$ the priciest. Each menu heading rates its section's lowest full-service price; the price level at the top combines them, so it can sit between the headings. See their full price list ↗
Common questions
The things people ask before booking
Q How much is a haircut?
A cut is $80 with a stylist or $95 with a top stylist, and under-18s pay $55.
Q Can I try the hair-loss treatment once before buying a course?
Your first Morimana session is $290 as a trial, and a single session after that is $390. The four-session package is $1,560 and comes with the take-home shampoo, treatment and hair tonic.
Q Can I make the head massage longer?
On every scalp treatment except Regular Scalp Only, you can add a lymphatic drainage massage at $20 for each ten minutes. Ask for it when you book, since it lengthens your slot.
