Cuts, colour, perms, rebonding and scalp treatments make up the whole menu here, with nothing for brows or nails. What you pay turns on whether a leading, senior or director stylist does the work. Even for a short trim, the stylist often brings up a package.
Come here if
- You have a reference photo and want the cut matched to it
- You want your child's hair cut by someone patient with kids
- Your hair needs rescuing after a bad cut or too much colour
Maybe not if
- You want a plain trim with no talk of packages
- You're looking for brows or nails

What people say
You get what you asked for
Bring a reference photo of the layers, curtain bangs or bob you want, and the stylist cuts to it; some walk out liking the result more than the picture.
They'll take colour as far as a smoky blue-grey built up over rounds of bleach.
They explain what they are doing
Your stylist talks over cut and colour with you before starting, then shows you how to manage the result at home.
Before a scalp treatment, a consultant scans your scalp and shows you the scan before and after.
They'll also talk you out of something that won't suit, like rebonding hair that's already flat.
How much selling to expect
A package may come up once, and saying no ends it.
A few who came in for a plain trim were pitched a prepaid top-up or a package both before and after the cut.
The small extras
A drink arrives as you sit down, with ginger tea and Milo among the choices and biscuits alongside.
Your head massage at the wash carries on down to the shoulders, and scalp treatments add hot towels and a blanket.
Hair that needs fixing
If another salon left your cut uneven, or colour left your hair dry and frizzy, the stylists here reshape it and suggest a treatment, and you leave with hair that looks fuller and smoother.
Bringing a child
Parents bring daughters and sons in for cuts and blow-dries, and some have a stylist the whole family books.
