You Are My Sunshine
Several of the stylists are Korean, and the salon is known for K-style layered cuts and Korean perms, for men as much as women. Prices step up with each stylist's rank, from stylist to artistic director, and it charges town prices. If you want a basic trim at a neighbourhood price, look elsewhere.
Come here if
- You want a Korean-style cut or perm
- You're a man after a Korean perm or down perm
- You'd like colour, cut and treatment in one bundle
Maybe not if
- Price is your main concern

What people say
The room
The salon is dressed like a café, full of plants, with music playing and coffee served in cups printed with its name.
How close it comes to what you asked for
Your stylist checks the length with you as they cut, so the K-style layers come out the way you pictured.
A few left with an uneven cut, or hair thinned far more than they wanted.
Regulars who stayed
Plenty of regulars see the same stylist every month and leave the choice of cut to them.
The small extras
There's a menu of free drinks to choose from, and the wash comes with a short head massage.
How comfortable it is
The longer head spa carries the massage down your neck, shoulders and arms.
Some who booked the head spa expecting the long massage seen online got a deep scalp wash instead, with no time left to dry their hair.

Common questions
The things people ask before booking
Q How much is a haircut?
It depends on the stylist's level: SGD 50 with a stylist, 60 with a senior stylist, 90 with a director and 150 with the artistic director. Children under 12 get half off.
Q Which head spa should I book?
For a long massage, pick a 90-minute option such as the Ayurveda Head Spa (SGD 180), which also works the neck, shoulders and arms. The 60-minute True Care Head Spa (SGD 120) centres on cleansing the scalp; leave time afterwards if you want a blow-dry.
Q How do I book?
Book online through the salon's website, where you pick the stylist and their level.
