Salons at Hougang Village

Hougang Village is the HDB retail podium wrapping Blocks 681-684 on Hougang Avenue 4 and Avenue 8, closer to a void-deck beauty belt than a shopping centre. Barbers, nail bars, facial and slimming studios and reflexology sit side by side across two floors. Expect Hougang residents, long-standing neighbourhood names, walk-ins and heartland prices.
