Salons at The Promenade @ Pelikat

The Promenade @ Pelikat is a low-rise strip mall on Jalan Pelikat near Kovan, and it is quietly one of the densest beauty clusters in the northeast. Its mix runs across hair, nails, lashes, makeup, facial and massage, spread over two basements and the ground floor. Expect Kovan and Serangoon Gardens residents, small owner-run studios, and appointment-led service.
