Every plan includes unlimited staff. Discovery is free and built for getting found. Growth (S$49 per outlet per month) lets you run your whole salon on Glamingo: unlimited bookings from your own link and walk-ins, promo codes, reports, reminders with cancel and reschedule buttons and customer feedback after every visit, with a lower commission. Scale (S$79 per outlet per month) is for turning first visits into regulars: prepaid memberships and session packages, add-ons, group and flexi bookings, booking and reminder messages at S$0.07, client segments, WhatsApp campaigns and win-back messages, custom reports with how your prices compare nearby, a dedicated person on WhatsApp, and our lowest commission.

No. Commission is charged once per new client, on their first completed booking through Glamingo. Their repeat visits, your walk-ins and bookings through your own link are never charged. Discovery has no monthly fee; Growth (S$49) and Scale (S$79) per outlet per month come with lower commission rates, agreed with you before anything is billed.

Yes. Growth and Scale are priced per outlet per month, so a salon with three outlets on Growth pays S$147 a month. Discovery is free for every outlet.

Your first month on Growth or Scale is free, WhatsApp messages included. After that you stay on your plan or move to the free Discovery plan. There is no contract and no setup fee.

You only pay for automated messages we send for you. Utility messages (booking confirmations, reminders) are S$0.08 each, or S$0.07 on Scale. Marketing messages (promos, campaigns) are S$0.15 each. Replies your staff send from their own phone are free.
