How is Glamingo different from the booking tools I already know?
Most tools are either a booking calendar or a marketplace. Glamingo is both — a consumer-facing discovery platform (where clients find you) connected to a full operating system (where you run the salon). One subscription, one login, one place to grow.
Do you charge commission on every booking?
No. Starter is a flat S$49/outlet/month. Pro is S$99/outlet/month. No commission per booking, no commission on returning clients. Ever.
What about POS and inventory management?
We're honest — Glamingo doesn't handle payment processing or inventory today. If you need a full POS, we'll point you to good options. Most of our merchants keep their existing POS and use Glamingo for bookings, clients, staff, and marketing.
How long does onboarding take?
Most single-outlet salons are live in 48 hours. Multi-outlet salons take 3-5 days. We do onboarding over WhatsApp — someone from our team walks you through it, imports your services, and sets up your brand page.
Will my clients actually use it?
Your existing clients don't need an account. They book through your link on Instagram, WhatsApp, or your QR code. New clients discover you through the Glamingo marketplace and AI search.
Can I manage multiple outlets?
Yes — Glamingo was built for multi-outlet from day one. One dashboard across every location. Each staff member gets their own login. You can add a new outlet in minutes.
What's the WhatsApp cost, really?
You only pay for automated messages we send (confirmations, reminders, marketing campaigns). Utility messages (booking confirmations, reminders) are S$0.08 each. Marketing messages (promos) are S$0.15 each. Your own replies from your phone are free.
Do I need a website first?
No. Your Glamingo brand page is your website for most purposes — it ranks on Google, shows up on AI search, and has your services, pricing, photos, reviews, and booking link all in one place.
What if I already use Instagram to get most of my bookings?
Perfect. Drop your Glamingo booking link in your Instagram bio and keep posting. Your clients now book in one tap instead of DMing you. Every booking is logged in your client database automatically.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your client list, booking history, and business data are yours. If you ever leave, we export everything and hand it over. No lock-in.
